I really like what I have read about your smoker. I started playing around smoking meat many years ago and a freind of mine really liked it so I told him what I did. He went on smoking and I kept on racing. Now that I have got out of racing I have been helping him in a few cometitions and have decided to start my own team. He has a fast eddie and I’m like you I want a real wood smoker. I think the fast eddie pellet smoker is hurting him. I just joined the KCBS and saw your ad in the bull sheet and looked you up on line and I was very impressed. At this time I’m going to use an old hand me down cheap smoker and was looking at building one this winter but I was so inpressed with your smoker I may just have to save up.
