As we near the one year anniversary of the founding of Tremore Breeze Smokers, I wanted to reflect a bit on some of the highlights of our inaugural year:

Created a website and Facebook page

Added high def videos to the website

Sold our first Tremore Breeze Smoker

Cooked for the South Bend Fire Department

Received an AmazingRibs.com Gold Medal for best in BBQ in the “Large Capacity, Trailer, And Mobile Smokers for Competitors, Caterers, and Restaurants” category

Cooked at Asian Food Fest in Cincinnati, OH (find out how we tweaked a rib recipe to fit the theme) and sold out as fast as we were cooking ’em

Kicked off a special $1500 discount for a limited number of competition teams
